OVERVIEW

The principal business objective of our Group is to further strengthen our position as an established engineering consultant in Hong Kong. We intend to achieve our business objective by expanding our scale of operation through our intended effort in setting up a new team specialising in the field of building development; and actively seeking new business opportunities by undertaking additional civil engineering and traffic engineering consultancy projects from our existing and potential clients in infrastructure development. Taking into consideration our competitive strengths; our established business relationship with some of our major clients and various Government authorities; our track record and expertise in providing comprehensive engineering consultancy services; and the forecasted growth of the engineering and related consultancy service market in Hong Kong, our Directors believe that our Group would be able to capture the potential business opportunities associated with the forecasted increase in demand for infrastructure and building development.
