Chairman and Chief Executive Officer - Mr. Cheung Kwan Tar Mr. Cheung is responsible for the overall strategic planning, business development, and corporate management and sales and marketing of our Group. With more than 30 years of experience in the engineering service industry, Mr. Cheung has had extensive work experience in managing various kinds of infrastructure projects including but not limited to highways, drainage, sewerage and mainlaying works. Mr. Cheung obtained a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) from Queen Mary College, University of London in the United Kingdom in August 1983. Over the years, Mr. Cheung has obtained various professional qualifications and memberships including FHKIE, FICE, FIStructE, FHKIHT, and FCIHT. Taking into account Mr. Cheung’s strong expertise and insight of the engineering consultancy industry, our Board considered that the roles of chairman and chief executive officer being performed by Mr. Cheung enables more effective and efficient overall business planning, decision making and implementation thereof by our Group.
Executive Director - Mr. Ng Pak Hung Mr. Ng is responsible for the overall strategic planning, business development, and corporate management and sales and marketing of our Group. With over 22 years of relevant experience in the civil engineering industry, Mr. Ng has had extensive work experience in managing various kinds of infrastructural projects. Mr. Ng obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in November 1996. In November 2002, he obtained a Master of Arts in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution | Independent Non-Executive Directors
Mr. Chan Yu Sum Sam Mr. Chan has over 18 years of experience in research and practice in civil engineering. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from University of Hong Kong in November 1973 and a Master of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in December 1983. He was admitted as fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in May 2011 and is certified as a registered professional engineer by the Engineers Registration Board.
Mr. Chan Kai Kow Macksion Mr. Chan has over 34 years of working experience in the legal profession. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong in March 1984 and has been a partner of C.L. Chow & Macksion Chan, a law firm based in Hong Kong, since 2001. He is a China Appointed Attesting Officer appointed by the Ministry of Justice of China. Mr. Chan Wan Fung Mr. Chan has over 27 years of professional accounting and financial reporting experience. He was admitted as an associate of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in January 1995. In February 1997, he was admitted as an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
