OVERVIEW
The history of our Group can be traced back to 2005 when Mannings (Asia) Consultants Ltd. ("Mannings") was established, our principal operating subsidiary, with a view to carry on the business of engineering consultancy in Hong Kong.
OUR KEY BUSINESS MILESTONES
Set out below is a summary of the key achievements and business milestones of our Group:

| 2007 |
Mannings secured its first Government consultancy project, in which Mannings was responsible for conducting a study regarding the impact of certain infrastructural development works in relation to Tseung Kwan O Stage I Landfill Site. |
| 2008 |
Mannings was engaged to provide engineering consultancy services in relation to the retrofitting of noise barriers on Tai Po Tai Wo Road. |
| 2009 |
Mannings was first engaged by a construction contractor to provide consultancy services in a design and build contract for a permanent structure, which concerned infrastructure works at a landfill site in Tseung Kwan O including an arch-shaped bridge across Eastern Channel of Tseung Kwan O. |
| 2010 |
Mannings was engaged to provide engineering consultancy services in relation to traffic improvements to Town Centre section of Tuen Mun Road. |
| 2013 |
Mannings was first engaged by a Government authority primarily responsible for public housing development in Hong Kong to provide engineering consultancy services. |
| 2015 |
Mannings secured its first consultancy agreement with the Government for advisory services on the implementation of contract administration procedures in an infrastructure development project. |

Mannings was engaged by the Government to provide engineering consultancy services for the design and construction of a public inclined lift system in Kwai Chung. |
